DME Holsters builds custom Springfield XD-M Elite 10mm holsters for the 3.8-inch Compact OSP and 4.5-inch OSP configurations.

The 3.8-inch and 4.5-inch XD-M Elite 10mm pistols are different configurations, so select the exact model you own when ordering. Your holster is built around the firearm, carry style, handedness, and accessories selected on the order form.

XD-M Elite 3.8 Compact OSP 10mm vs. 4.5 OSP 10mm

XD-M Elite 3.8" Compact OSP 10mm

The XD-M Elite 3.8 Compact OSP 10mm uses the shorter 3.8-inch slide and barrel configuration. If you carry the compact XD-M Elite 10mm, select the 3.8-inch Compact option when ordering rather than choosing a 4.5-inch XD-M Elite holster.

XD-M Elite 4.5" OSP 10mm

The XD-M Elite 4.5 OSP 10mm uses the full-size 4.5-inch slide and barrel configuration. This includes the black and Desert FDE versions of the 4.5-inch OSP 10mm.

Because slide length and firearm configuration affect holster fit, choose the exact XD-M Elite 10mm model listed on the order form.

XD-M Elite 10mm Holsters With Lights & Lasers

DME can build Springfield XD-M Elite 10mm holsters for supported weapon-mounted lights and lasers from manufacturers including Streamlight, SureFire, Olight, Crimson Trace, and Viridian.

The exact light or laser matters. On a light-bearing holster, the accessory can be a critical part of the holster's internal clearance and retention. Select the exact weapon-mounted light or laser installed on your XD-M Elite when ordering.

If your exact firearm and accessory combination is not shown, contact DME Holsters before ordering rather than selecting a similar light or firearm configuration.

XD-M Elite 10mm Holsters With Red-Dot Optics

DME holsters can accommodate supported red-dot optics when the optic option is selected during ordering.

For OWB carry, an optic speed cut is recommended even if you are not currently using a red dot. This provides additional clearance and makes the holster easier to use if an optic is added later.

IWB, AIWB & OWB Holsters for the XD-M Elite 10mm

DME offers several carry styles for the Springfield XD-M Elite 10mm:

• IWB — inside-the-waistband concealed carry with adjustable retention screws.
• AIWB — appendix inside-the-waistband carry.
• Pancake OWB — high and tight outside-the-waistband carry with a 50/50 split design.
• Standard OWB — outside-the-waistband holster with adjustable retention and multiple belt and mounting options.

Level II Retention for the XD-M Elite 10mm

Level II retention is available on supported Standard OWB XD-M Elite 10mm holsters. DME's Level II system combines the normal Kydex or Boltaron retention of the holster with a retention strap over the slide.

Level II retention is not available on IWB, AIWB, or Pancake OWB configurations.

DME Holsters manufactures custom holsters in Marana, Arizona using in-house CAD, 3D scanning, and 3D-printed mold production. DME maintains an extensive in-house mold library covering firearm, accessory, carry-style, and right- or left-hand configurations.

DME tries to use Boltaron whenever possible. IWB, AIWB, and Pancake OWB holsters use .080 material. Black Standard OWB builds use .093 Boltaron, while some color and printed Standard OWB configurations may use .080 material depending on availability.

Completed holsters are fit-tested before shipment whenever the ordered firearm and accessory configuration can be tested with the actual setup.

Which Springfield XD-M Elite 10mm Holster Do I Need?

Choose the 3.8" Compact OSP 10mm if your XD-M Elite has the compact 3.8-inch slide and barrel.

Choose the 4.5" OSP 10mm if your XD-M Elite has the full-size 4.5-inch slide and barrel. The Desert FDE 4.5-inch version uses this same 4.5-inch model selection.
