**Refund Policy**

1. All approved refunds are subject to a **$25 administrative fee**.

2. Only non-custom holsters and magazine carriers made in black are eligible for a refund. Any approved refund remains subject to the administrative fee above.

3. A holster is considered **custom** if it includes one or more of the following:

* Red-dot / RMR accommodation
* Threaded-barrel clearance
* Compensator clearance
* Level II retention
* Any light or laser
* Any color other than black
* ModWing
* Left-handed configuration

Custom holsters, modified products, and special-order items are **nonrefundable except at DME Holsters’ sole discretion**.

If DME Holsters approves a refund for a custom, modified, or special-order item, the refund may be subject to a **60% restocking fee** in addition to the $25 administrative fee.

The $25 administrative fee may also apply to supplies purchased or modified specifically in preparation for your order, including custom prints, modified parts, and similar items.
