DME Holsters Limited Lifetime Warranty

DME Holsters stands behind the materials and workmanship used in our holsters. This limited lifetime warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Because many DME holsters are manufactured for a specific firearm, light, laser, optic, handedness, and carry style, accurate order information is essential to proper fit and warranty eligibility.

What the Warranty Covers

The DME Holsters limited lifetime warranty covers:

• Structural failures caused by defects in materials
• Manufacturing defects
• Failures resulting from normal intended use

DME Holsters will determine whether an eligible warranty claim should be repaired or replaced.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear, scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic changes
• Abuse, misuse, or improper care
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Damage caused by using the holster with the wrong firearm or accessories
• Fit problems caused by incorrect order information
• Exposure to temperatures above 180°F

After the first 30 days, approved warranty claims are resolved through repair or replacement rather than a refund.

Guaranteed Fit Policy

DME Holsters offers a fit guarantee for holsters ordered through our standard online order form.

The fit guarantee applies when:

• The order form was completed correctly
• The correct firearm model and variation were selected
• The correct light, laser, optic, handedness, and other options were provided
• The holster has not been modified or damaged

Contact DME Holsters before attempting to heat, trim, reshape, drill, or otherwise modify a holster that does not fit properly.

We may request photographs, measurements, or additional information to help determine the cause of the fit concern.

When the order information was completed correctly and DME Holsters cannot correct or determine the cause of the fit problem, DME Holsters will issue a full refund and cover approved basic return shipping.

Incorrect Firearm or Accessory Information

DME holsters are generally made for the exact firearm and accessory configuration selected when the order is placed.

Similar firearm names do not always mean the firearms have the same dimensions. For example, one generation, variation, barrel length, frame size, light, or laser may not fit a holster made for another.

The fit guarantee does not apply when:

• The wrong firearm model or variation was selected
• The wrong light, laser, or accessory was selected
• The wrong handedness or carry configuration was ordered
• The firearm or accessory differs from the information submitted with the order

Any return accepted under these circumstances is governed by the DME Holsters Refund & Return Policy.

How to Submit a Warranty or Fit Claim

Use the DME Holsters Contact Us form and select:

Warranty or fit concern

Please provide:

• Your order number
• The email address used when ordering
• A clear description of the problem
• Photographs or other information when requested

Do not ship a product back until DME Holsters has reviewed the claim and provided return instructions and an RMA number.

Returning a Product for Warranty Service

After receiving authorization:

1. Ship the product to the address provided by DME Holsters.
2. Clearly include the RMA number with the return.
3. Use a shipping method that provides tracking.
4. Send the tracking information to DME Holsters.

DME Holsters is not responsible for return packages lost in transit when tracking information was not provided.

Customers are normally responsible for shipping the product to DME Holsters. When DME Holsters confirms that the problem resulted from our error or a covered manufacturing defect, approved basic USPS return-shipping costs may be reimbursed.

Returns and Refunds

Standard returns, custom-product returns, order cancellations, restocking amounts, and refund processing are governed by the separate DME Holsters Refund & Return Policy.
