Holster description
Standard IWB
Use: Concealed carry, Non-Tuckable, Comfort level 7
Concealability 8 (add the mod wing you could push it to 9.5)
The Standard IWB is a “Taco” holster designed to be carried at 3 or 4 o’clock with 15° cant. However, can be ordered at 0° cant for 1 o’clock appendix carry. Holster is non tuck-able, what this means is that you cannot tuck a shirt in over the gun. It’s designed to have a shirt hang/drape over the holster. All DME Holsters are designed with a full sweat guard, inside mag release uncovered, adjustable retention, trigger guard covered, and barrel enclose with a quarter inch slit for cleaning. Made out of .080 Kydex/Boltaron.
Available belt attachments: FOIM belt clips in 1.5” or 1.75”, 2 Soft belt loops accommodate up to a 1.75” belt. Belt attachments are attached to the top of the holster.

For extra concealability you can also order the Mod Wing. The Mod Wing is a piece of concealment enhancing hardware, and it allows a user’s belt to apply additional leverage to rotate the holster and the grip of the gun towards the body. This creates better concealment and less printing of the firearm/Grip. Interchangeable inserts allow the user to choose a strong medium or mild rotation, based on the user’s attire. The mod wing is an independent piece of hardware that can be removed if ordered with the holster. The Mod Wing cannot be added to holster if it was not originally ordered with one. Holsters are cut differently without the Mod Wing.

Designed to be carried at 1 o’clock, appendix carry however, can be worn at any position on the body. It is a tuck-able holster. The Standard AIWB has the same design characteristics as the Standard IWB. The difference is in the mounting and type of belt attachments. The belt attachment is mounted on the bottom of the holster on or just under the barrel. The gap that is created between the attachment in the holster is what allows the holster to be a tuck-able holster. We only use one J hook or strut.
Available belt attachments J Hooks 1.5” or 1.75”, 1 Strut and soft belt loop with pull the dot snap will accommodate up to 1.75” belt, Fat Clip accommodates up to a 1.75” belt. Ulti Clips.

The Standard OWB has the same design characteristics as the Standard IWB. The holster looks the same as the AIWB or IWB. The differences are in the belt attachments and material thickness. The standard outside the waistband holster is made out of .093 Kydex/Boltaron. When possible, belt attachment points are reinforced. This is the weakest part of the holster. This reinforcement eliminates that.
Available belt attachments Combat loop, Tek-Lok, Drop & offsets, Paddles, TIMMS system QLS System Speed Clips and a few others. Most will accommodate up to a 2” belt.
Holsters can also be ordered with level ll retention. PX4 Kydex holster
Pancake Holster
Use: Open carry, Concealed carry, Comfort level 8, Concealability 6.5-8.5
The Pancake holster has all the same design characteristics as the Standard IWB. The difference is that it is not a “taco” holster. The gun is sandwiched between two pieces of .080 Kydex/Boltaron and riveted on the sides. (Maybe it should be called a sandwich holster.) Weight of the gun is distributed over 4 to 6 inches. Our pancake holster design is slightly different than most. To help with comfort and concealability the front wing is set at 35°, the back wing is set at 20°. “Wings are where the rivets go”. What this does is allows your belt to pull the back of the holster closer to your body. This is to help keep the grip from printing if you’re wearing it outside the waistband with a shirt draped over it. The gun is generally straight up and down in the holster. Small guns without lights or lasers will be tilted in the holster about 5°. Belt attachments are attached to the rivets. Depending on how many rivets are forward or back of the holster, ride height can be adjusted simply by moving the belt attachment up or down the rivets. Cant is achieved by offsetting the belt attachments. Holsters are shipped with belt attachments offset ¾ of an inch which is about 10° cant. Available left or right-handed. Belt attachments Speed Clips, Flat Loops, Infinity loops and belt loops. All available in 1.5 to 1.75 inch.
The pancake holster can also be converted into a inside the waistband holster. (IWB). All one needs to do is remove you’re outside the waistband attachments and install J hooks or struts with soft belt loops on the front side of the holster. We sell kits for that. You may also need to round some of the lower corners on your holster to aid in comfort while wearing it inside the waistband. This can be done simply by sanding. Start with 220 grit then 400.

Configured with Ulti +3 Clip , Mod Wing and molded for Balder Laser/ Light Combo. Fit and finish are excellent. Weapon retention is excellent. Draw ability is excellent. Re-Holstering requires more attention than I am used to. This is due to Balder Light attached (not a holster issue). Just requires a deliberate process. Re-Holstering should be a slow and deliberate process regardless. Ulti Clip attachment is great! Clip simply will not let go of whatever you attach it to. Downside of clip is, it is the high point of the holster and tends to print due to rectangular edges of locking mechanism. Not a big issue just more visible than I like if I’m not careful with shirt selection. I’ve been wearing the holster for 10-12hrs per day with only minor discomfort when seated. All-in-all a winner and a keeper.

I typically only buy Safariland and Trex Arms holsters. I never would have ventured from those brands as they support most of the pistols I own, but I have a beretta px4 and those two companies didn’t make a holster to support that platform the way I wanted to. I wanted something that would easily mount to my QLS system that I only have in place. I started shopping around and came across DME Holsters and decided to give them a try. I honestly had low expectations, but that was entirely unfair of me. The quality is amazing! The fit and finish are top-notch. Very sturdy and the QLS fork came pre-attached. It’s very obvious that these guys know what they are doing. I think I prefer the DME holster to my Trex holster (both are passive-retention; SF’s active-retention holsters are in a different category). The Kydex is thicker and the draw is smoother with less Kydex mass in the way of my draw motion, and the retention is very tactile, which I love. I am Very Happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more and recommending them to my friends. They offer a very wide variety of platforms which is great! I have a Ruger 57 that is “just for fun”, but still want a nice QLS holster for it, so that’ll be my next purchase. Also, they had very fast shipping. Ordered this holster the same day as an AIWB holster from Guerilla Tactical and this arrived weeks earlier. I’m so impressed. Thank you DME, keep it up!

The holster is everything I want out of a holster. I originally found DME holsters PX4 holster because it was one of the few light-bearing PX4 holsters on the market. However, I ended up with an absolutely excellent holster in every way, not just light compatibility. I have a full-sized PX4 with a large surefire X300, and yet this holster conceals (with the wing) better, Fits better, and retains the pistol better than any other holster I’ve owned for the pistol even without the light. Exactly how they manage to make a light-bearing holster for a large gun that beats out most holsters for the same gun without the light is beyond me. I was fully prepared to sacrifice in order to have a light, but I ended up with a superior holster. I can’t recommend DME’s PX4 holster enough.

I had a very difficult time finding a holster for my Beretta PX4 Storm (full size) with a Streamlight TLR8A. I finatlly found DME and took a chance, since I knew nothing about them. There are no decent options for a kydex holster for a Beretta PX-4 until DME. They make an excellent holster with all of the options you could want. The level 2 retention is extremely easy and is adjustable to your preference. I spoke to the owner regarding a minor issue with the PX-4 holster and he was super nice and helpful in getting it taken care of. He gave me options to resolve it and I ended up returning so they could take care of it. Better to let the professionals handle it and handle it they did!
Absolutely love the holster. Level 2 retention and built for a TLR-1 light. They configured it for a Safariland holster rig with the QLS adaptor and I couldn’t be happier.

I own more holsters than I’d like to admit and all of them fall short in one area or another (maybe just fall short period) but DME provided me with exactly what I wanted. Fit and finish are extremely good my gun fits like a glove not to mention they’re gorgeous (sounds funny saying that about a holster but they are). I ordered two holsters, same gun different applications. My only complaint was the lead time, that being said on the second holster I ordered they were kind enough to include it with the first that hadn’t been shipped yet and they included IWB hardware. so they will help you out when and where they can and I just noticed their lead time jumped way down so If you want a true quality holster you’d be hard-pressed to find a better Holster company even at a higher price point. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I would recommend them to anyone

Great holster. Perfect fit and a great slide. Had to wait a little bit for delivery but that’s because it’s a great product. I use my PX4 Storm mostly on hiking trips so I’ll have a chance to try it out with a pack on next week. Looking forward to it.

If you own a PX4 Storm. you already know how hard it is to find a quality holster. Look no further. Wait time was about 13 weeks but the holster fits my PX4 like a glove. Very secure. I have a light on mine and DME Holsters had an option that worked perfectly for me. High quality material and build. I would definitely buy from DME again. Now, if they just included a DME Holsters decal for my garage fridge in the shipment…. :)

This holster was worth the wait! My Px4 storm with TLR-1 fits inside perfectly with just the right amount of retention. I ordered it with the QLS male adapter and it finished out my gun belt perfectly- feels super secure and well made. Would order again without hesitation for another side arm.

I used to carry a glock 23 in a crossbreed hybrid, I had issues with both the holster and the pistol itself (thats a whole story by itself) so I decided to get the Beretta px4 storm sub compact and at the time of ordering I had an olight mini 2 and fast forward a few weeks I ended up getting a olight baldr mini. I contacted the company and they responded back within a couple days and they went ahead and made it for the baldr mini. I got the owb pancake model and added clips to it because I only use holsters with 2 clips and I am very impressed. The fit of the holster is perfect there is no rattling that you may find with other makers, the draw and reholstering is very smooth and I’m able to get a full grip on the pistol while drawing. The comfort is very decent, I am a large man so most holsters dig into me and after awhile I just stop using them, but after some adjustment this holster is very comfortable. I would highly recommend this combination and due to how amazing the customer service was this will be the only holster company I deal with.

very pleased with this. My PX4 SD .45 has a weaponlight on it and finding a holster for it was the ordeal. DME jumped right out to me as the option to go with. It fits like a glove and is exceptional is fit and finish. Further, I got a WRS hood for further retention and am in love with it. I worked the WRS hood latch into good function and am utterly pleased with my purchase.

If you’re looking for a holster that’s custom made for a firearm that has a laser or light, this is the one to get. I’ve been handling firearms for over 40 years and with having my own gun shop for a number of them, I’ve seen my share of holsters. So far this is the best I’ve encountered. Best fit, very comfortable, easy to use, very fair price. Won’t find one that fits your firearm any better.

I am very satisfied with the holster I received, it fits my PX4 very well for the most part. My only complaint is that I would have liked extra spacers to be included with the end product. I like my holsters to have an almost excessive amount of retention and sadly the I could not achieve this with the holster I purchased. I used some of the extra spacers and screws from one of my other holsters to get it a bit tighter but it is still nowhere near what I usually run. All that being said though I am still very happy with my purchase and would most certainly be willing to purchase a DME holster in the future if the need arises.

I have several AIWB holsters and this is the best so far. Great construction and fit to the gun as well as the light in the rail. The tension adjustment is a separate stand alone adjustment not part of some other attachment. I have ordered several more for other guns and other carry arrangements. I expect they will be equally outstanding.

The first thing I’d like to say is that I had a custom holster made, meaning it should have to taken longer to make. However it shipped out in 2 days. Once I had it, I immediately began testing it. The appendix holster is super comfy, and leaves no print with the modwing (full size PX 4). I highly recommend this product.

Configured with Ulti +3 Clip , Mod Wing and molded for Balder Laser/ Light Combo. Fit and finish are excellent. Weapon retention is excellent. Draw ability is excellent. Re-Holstering requires more attention than I am used to. This is due to Balder Light attached (not a holster issue). Just requires a deliberate process. Re-Holstering should be a slow and deliberate process regardless. Ulti Clip attachment is great! Clip simply will not let go of whatever you attach it to. Downside of clip is, it is the high point of the holster and tends to print due to rectangular edges of locking mechanism. Not a big issue just more visible than I like if I’m not careful with shirt selection. I’ve been wearing the holster for 10-12hrs per day with only minor discomfort when seated. All-in-all a winner and a keeper.

I typically only buy Safariland and Trex Arms holsters. I never would have ventured from those brands as they support most of the pistols I own, but I have a beretta px4 and those two companies didn’t make a holster to support that platform the way I wanted to. I wanted something that would easily mount to my QLS system that I only have in place. I started shopping around and came across DME Holsters and decided to give them a try. I honestly had low expectations, but that was entirely unfair of me. The quality is amazing! The fit and finish are top-notch. Very sturdy and the QLS fork came pre-attached. It’s very obvious that these guys know what they are doing. I think I prefer the DME holster to my Trex holster (both are passive-retention; SF’s active-retention holsters are in a different category). The Kydex is thicker and the draw is smoother with less Kydex mass in the way of my draw motion, and the retention is very tactile, which I love. I am Very Happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more and recommending them to my friends. They offer a very wide variety of platforms which is great! I have a Ruger 57 that is “just for fun”, but still want a nice QLS holster for it, so that’ll be my next purchase. Also, they had very fast shipping. Ordered this holster the same day as an AIWB holster from Guerilla Tactical and this arrived weeks earlier. I’m so impressed. Thank you DME, keep it up!

The holster is everything I want out of a holster. I originally found DME holsters PX4 holster because it was one of the few light-bearing PX4 holsters on the market. However, I ended up with an absolutely excellent holster in every way, not just light compatibility. I have a full-sized PX4 with a large surefire X300, and yet this holster conceals (with the wing) better, Fits better, and retains the pistol better than any other holster I’ve owned for the pistol even without the light. Exactly how they manage to make a light-bearing holster for a large gun that beats out most holsters for the same gun without the light is beyond me. I was fully prepared to sacrifice in order to have a light, but I ended up with a superior holster. I can’t recommend DME’s PX4 holster enough.

I had a very difficult time finding a holster for my Beretta PX4 Storm (full size) with a Streamlight TLR8A. I finatlly found DME and took a chance, since I knew nothing about them. I could not have been more pleased with the quality, fit, and service. I had expected to wait several weeks to get my order, but received it much quicker. I will be returning as a customer in the future/

I own more holsters than I’d like to admit and all of them fall short in one area or another (maybe just fall short period) but DME provided me with exactly what I wanted. Fit and finish are extremely good my gun fits like a glove not to mention they’re gorgeous (sounds funny saying that about a holster but they are). I ordered two holsters, same gun different applications. My only complaint was the lead time, that being said on the second holster I ordered they were kind enough to include it with the first that hadn’t been shipped yet and they included IWB hardware. so they will help you out when and where they can and I just noticed their lead time jumped way down so If you want a true quality holster you’d be hard-pressed to find a better Holster company even at a higher price point. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I would recommend them to anyone

Great holster. Perfect fit and a great slide. Had to wait a little bit for delivery but that’s because it’s a great product. I use my PX4 Storm mostly on hiking trips so I’ll have a chance to try it out with a pack on next week. Looking forward to it.

If you own a PX4 Storm. you already know how hard it is to find a quality holster. Look no further. Wait time was about 13 weeks but the holster fits my PX4 like a glove. Very secure. I have a light on mine and DME Holsters had an option that worked perfectly for me. High quality material and build. I would definitely buy from DME again. Now, if they just included a DME Holsters decal for my garage fridge in the shipment…. :)

This holster was worth the wait! My Px4 storm with TLR-1 fits inside perfectly with just the right amount of retention. I ordered it with the QLS male adapter and it finished out my gun belt perfectly- feels super secure and well made. Would order again without hesitation for another side arm.

I used to carry a glock 23 in a crossbreed hybrid, I had issues with both the holster and the pistol itself (thats a whole story by itself) so I decided to get the Beretta px4 storm sub compact and at the time of ordering I had an olight mini 2 and fast forward a few weeks I ended up getting a olight baldr mini. I contacted the company and they responded back within a couple days and they went ahead and made it for the baldr mini. I got the owb pancake model and added clips to it because I only use holsters with 2 clips and I am very impressed. The fit of the holster is perfect there is no rattling that you may find with other makers, the draw and reholstering is very smooth and I’m able to get a full grip on the pistol while drawing. The comfort is very decent, I am a large man so most holsters dig into me and after awhile I just stop using them, but after some adjustment this holster is very comfortable. I would highly recommend this combination and due to how amazing the customer service was this will be the only holster company I deal with.

Well Made Product. I sent an email to customer service asking about a product update and never received a response. The custom time for the holster takes a while, but the quality of the product is good and the fit is perfect. Overall I would make this purchase again.

very pleased with this. My PX4 SD .45 has a weaponlight on it and finding a holster for it was the ordeal. DME jumped right out to me as the option to go with. It fits like a glove and is exceptional is fit and finish. Further, I got a WRS hood for further retention and am in love with it. I worked the WRS hood latch into good function and am utterly pleased with my purchase.

If you’re looking for a holster that’s custom made for a firearm that has a laser or light, this is the one to get. I’ve been handling firearms for over 40 years and with having my own gun shop for a number of them, I’ve seen my share of holsters. So far this is the best I’ve encountered. Best fit, very comfortable, easy to use, very fair price. Won’t find one that fits your firearm any better.

I am very satisfied with the holster I received, it fits my PX4 very well for the most part. My only complaint is that I would have liked extra spacers to be included with the end product. I like my holsters to have an almost excessive amount of retention and sadly the I could not achieve this with the holster I purchased. I used some of the extra spacers and screws from one of my other holsters to get it a bit tighter but it is still nowhere near what I usually run. All that being said though I am still very happy with my purchase and would most certainly be willing to purchase a DME holster in the future if the need arises.

I have several AIWB holsters and this is the best so far. Great construction and fit to the gun as well as the light in the rail. The tension adjustment is a separate stand alone adjustment not part of some other attachment. I have ordered several more for other guns and other carry arrangements. I expect they will be equally outstanding.

The first thing I’d like to say is that I had a custom holster made, meaning it should have to taken longer to make. However it shipped out in 2 days. Once I had it, I immediately began testing it. The appendix holster is super comfy, and leaves no print with the modwing (full size PX 4). I highly recommend this product.

I ordered a custom holster from DME for a particular WML I use. It was received promptly and is well constructed, slim and concealed easily. The only issue I noticed was that the holster did not completely cover the magazine release. Occasionally the edge of the holster would activate the mag release button. Once I tightened the holding screw a bit this problem ceased. Thanks for offering custom holsters that are well constructed and promptly delivered.

Max! You got what we call the bump. Someone had ordered the exact same holster however they had to wait 10 days! We try to make holsters in the order that they’re ordered, however a few times a month an order will come in for the exact same holster. When this will happen and someone gets the benefit of not having to wait for their holster. I’m glad you like the holster!
