All DME holsters are custom-made and generally only fit the specific gun light/laser that they’re ordered for. Example:
Smith & Wesson M&P Will not fit Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0, Springfield Armory XD Will not fit XD Mod 2. DME holsters is a small business cannot give full refunds in these situations customer will have to return the holster at their expense and will be subject to a 60% restocking fee if we agree to the return.

🔁 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Standard Holsters Only)

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on holsters that meet all of the following criteria:

  • Ordered in black

  • No light, laser, or optic cuts

  • Undamaged and unmodified

  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Holsters must be received within 30 days of delivery to qualify.

To start a return, please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by:

⚠️ Custom Holster Policy (Non-Refundable)

The following items are considered custom holsters and are non-refundable:

  • Holsters with a light, laser, or RMR/optic

  • Any holster ordered in a color other than black

  • Any holster requiring a phone order or special configuration not available directly on our website

  • Holsters ordered after multiple emails or custom modifications

If a custom holster is returned without authorization, it will be subject to a 60% restocking fee at DME Holsters’ discretion.

✅ Guaranteed Fit Policy

We offer a fit guarantee for holsters ordered through our standard form, which captures detailed firearm and accessory information. If:

  • You fill out the form correctly (e.g., correct gun model, light, handedness)

  • And the holster doesn’t fit

  • And we can’t determine the cause of the misfit

→ We will issue a full refund and pay for return shipping.

If it turns out the holster was ordered for the wrong gun or accessories were selected incorrectly (e.g., ordered for a PX4 but used with a Glock 19), the guarantee does not apply, and the sale is final.

🛠️ Limited Lifetime Warranty (Post 30 Days)

After 30 days, holsters are eligible for repair or replacement (not refund) under our limited lifetime warranty, which covers:

  • Structural failures

  • Manufacturing defects

Warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear, scratches, or signs of abuse

  • Modifications or misuse

  • Improper fit due to incorrect weapon selection

  • Exposure to temperatures over 180°F

To file a claim:

  • Request an RMA via email, phone, or the Contact Us page

  • Ship the item to the address provided

  • Include tracking info (required)

If no tracking is provided and the item is lost in transit, we cannot issue a replacement.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If DME Holsters made an error, we will refund basic USPS return shipping only (at our discretion)

📦 How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us for an RMA number

  2. Ship your item to the address provided

  3. Mark the package with the RMA number

  4. Email tracking info to admin@dmeholsters.com

  5. Holster must be received within 30 days of your delivery date (for returns)

  6. Product must be unmodified and undamaged
