All DME holsters are custom-made and generally only fit the specific gun light/laser that they’re ordered for. Example:
Smith & Wesson M&P Will not fit Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0, Springfield Armory XD Will not fit XD Mod 2. DME holsters is a small business cannot give refunds in these situations customer will have to return the holster at their expense and will be subject to a 60% restocking fee.

30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Only applies to:
Non light bearing laser bearing or any holster in any color other then black.
Any holster ordered with a light or laser or in any color other than black Can be return at the customers expense with a 60% restocking fee.
All holsters without lights or lasers ordered in black can be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping. Return shipping is at the customers expense.
If for some reason you are not happy with your holster within the first 30 days, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Holster must be Shipped no later than 30 days after you received it. Must be undamaged and unmodified with original packaging.
Suede Wrap holsters 30 day warranty only. (Suede Wrap has been discontinued)

How to return 30 Days 100% satisfaction guarantee for a full refund

1) All holsters are automatically registered for warranty on your date of purchase
2) Contact DME Holsters for an RMA. (Return Merchandise Authorization) This can be done by email sales@dmeholsters.com, Contact Us page, or by calling (520) 815 6940
3) Ship the holster to our office at DME Holsters 21055 W Mullins Ln Marana AZ 85653  Mark the package with the Return Merchandise Authorization Number
4) Send tracking information to admin@dmeholsters.com with subject line RMAXXXXXX. If no tracking information is provided and the holster gets lost in the process we will be unable to refund the purchase price.
5) Holster must be received by us no later then 40 days after you received it.
6) Product must be undamaged & unmodified.
To help us better serve you our customer in the future. If could you give a brief explanation as to what we did wrong or why you are returning the holster. This information is not required but would be very useful.

Once we have the holster we will repair or replace at our discretion. Warranty does not cover obvious signs of abuse, modifications, scratches, or use with the wrong weapon. Holsters are made out of thermal forming plastic, exposure to high heat over 180° F will void the warranty .

Shipping Costs – We do not refund any shipping cost, returns are shipped at purchasers expense. If DME Holsters made a mistake we will refund shipping for the most basic shipping through USPS only.
(This is at the discretion of DME Holsters).

Non-Standard Custom Holsters – Any custom holster purchased, which is defined as “any holster that requires a phone order due to options not being offered on the website for normal purchase” any holster with a light or laser is considered a custom holster. or multiple emails is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.

Please note any holster, wallet or mag carrier ordered color/print or any Suede is special order and nonrefundable.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy effective 01/2022
1. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.
2. Only non-custom holsters / mag carriers made in black are refundable. But still subject to number 1 above.
3. Custom holsters are defined as any holster with one or more of the following characteristics:
RedDot/RMR
Threaded barrel
Compensator
Level II retention
Any light or laser
Color other than black
ModWing
Left-handed holsters
Now with all that said, this does not mean you cannot get some type of refund. All refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and may require a 60% restocking fee.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
